What is HIVE?
HIVE is a weekly safe space dedicated to exploring and nurturing interests in music and music technology. Our activities are youth-led and delivered by industry specialists. Join us for an immersive experience encompassing:
- Music Production
- DJ'ing
- Studio Recording
- Rap & Lyric Writing
- General Health & Wellbeing
Eligibility Criteria
Self-Referral (General Public)
- Age: 13-17
- Musical Interest
Referral Criteria (Services)
HIVE is designed for young individuals whose vulnerabilities contribute to negative behavior that may lead to or be a result of offenses. The following criteria are examples, but not exclusive:
- Age: Approximately 13-17 years old
- At risk of committing anti-social behavior
- Exposure to criminal activity
- Disengaged from education
- Violent behavior (including witnessing or engaging in it)
- Early signs of alcohol and drug use
- Unhealthy relationships
