Data Coordinator
Callum's role in Cumbria Youth Alliance is Data Coordinator. In this position, he is responsible for developing processes and working closely with partners to highlight the importance of strong evidence-based evaluation to sustain Cumbria's youth sector. He supports organisations by assisting with general data capture and input enquiries, providing information sessions and demonstrations on effective management information systems, and offering introductory training for organisation setup. Callum is proud of the progress made in adapting to the Upshot system, which many organisations have successfully implemented in their projects with the support of Cumbria Youth Alliance.
