Data Analyst
Callum's primary responsibility as a Data Analyst is to help the team and our partners make the most of the MIS Upshot system. This involves a wide range of tasks, from training staff members on how to use the Upshot system to helping set up organisations on the platform and providing day-to-day support to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
In addition, Callum contributes to the CYA’s overall mission by analysing local data and comparing it to the data collected by the organisation and its partners. By doing so, we can better understand the data landscape in Cumbria, which, in turn, allows us to identify areas for improvement and develop more effective strategies for supporting the youth of our community.
When not working, Callum loves to play the guitar, curl up with a good book, or watch classic movies. Strumming away on the guitar lets Callum unwind and express himself creatively. Reading is a great way to get lost in a story and learn something new. And who doesn't love a good classic movie? Watching those old films is like taking a trip back in time and feeling inspired by the fantastic creativity of those who made them.
